One of our local coordinators visits you at home to understand your needs, preferences, and what matters most to you and your family.
This is a relaxed conversation in your own home. We'll discuss the care you need, any health or mobility considerations, your daily routine, and who you'd like as a caregiver. We'll also explain funding options if needed.
