Palliative Care

We offer highly trained staff to support those suffering a life-limiting illness. We focus on quality of life to make sure you or your loved one is as comfortable as possible, so there's no compromise in the home care they recieve. 

Palliative care requires a high degree of expertise and constant clinical input from Registered Health Professionals. As we reach the end of life with a life limiting illness, our bodies go through changes that need to be meticulously attended to. Skin integrity, continence, medication, fluid dietary management are just some of the things that the care team will continuously monitor. A Registered Nurse from Care On Call will work to ensure the caregivers have been uniquely trained for the client and will work with other health teams that may be involved e.g Hospice, Nurses, GP & Pharmacy.
